I was involved in improving the User Experience and UI for this project as it needed to help users understand how to use the platform without adding any more frustrations in the process.
I’ve started doing a UX research & analysis to understand who were their users and, also, keep a consistency of use and visual elements. To ensure this and work together with our development team, we created a Styleguide where we could check/confirm colors, items, elements and more. Also, I was involved as a FrontEnd to help improve this platform.
At the end, our users were happy and satisfied by using Sophia, Data Dictionary Tool for BBVA Bancomer.
